Introduction
This manual has the objective of representing the operation of this Hydraulic manual punch.
This operation manual is prepared to provide assistance in the operation of the die. By using this manual in conjunction with the hydraulic jack manuals, maximum efficiency and performance of the equipment will be obtained.
Maintenance and repair should be carried out only by authorized personnel who have been properly trained.
General security
1.-Not to manipulate or to use the troqueladoras without the sufficient and suitable information regarding the risks and measures to adopt.
2.-Follow a program of cleaning and maintenance of the machine during this type of operations as well as in case of failure, consign the die cutter to prevent untimely starts by turning off the machine previously, disconnecting it from the power supply and blocking the cutting device.
3.-Carry out periodic checks, maintenance and proper use of the equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4.- During the operations of manual feeding of material and when this is misplaced, turn off the machine and never try to start it up.
5.-Respect Respect existing signals in the machine.
6.- Always check that the protections are installed.
7.-Do not manipulate the active parts with wet or damp hands.
8.- Avoid the use of loose clothing, chains, rings, watches, or other elements that can be caught or hooked by the machine
9.-Wear the necessary personal protection equipment: safety shoes, gloves, helmets or plugs.
installation level of assembly
The die must be mounted on an appropriate base, well attached and previously constructed, leveled and fixed for optimum use. Its leveling and height will depend on the use of the personnel that will use it.
elements of the die cutter
parts of the die cutter
Parts of the punch press
1.- Support of the press: its function is to support the elements of the elements of the press troqueladora
2.- Structure of the press: type C structure to support the elements of the press and die
3.- Die cutting table: its function is to keep the part of the lower die holder fixed
4.- Inertia flywheel: its function is to accumulate the necessary energy by turning and that is released when necessary
5.- Crankshaft: its function is to make the head carriage go down to work when it is clutched in flywheel by a wedge
6.- Connecting rod: its function is to transmit a work force to the adjusting screw and to transform the circular movement of the crankshaft in a linear movement
7.- Adjustment screw: its function is to transmit the adjustment force to the trolley and allows adjusting or calibrating the height of the punch to carry out the work in the appropriate way
8.- Brake: its function is very important so that the punching machine does not repeat the blow its function is to stop the crankshaft the top dead center before the next cycle begins, its adjustment must be done by trained personnel
9.- head: its function is to support and move the upper part of the die to perform the work, the clamping of the die holder plate can be by means of fixing screw
10.- Botonero off / on: its function is to start and stop the rotation of the punching machine
11.- Electric motor: its function is to provide the rotation to the power steering wheel through the transmission of bands in v
12.-Protection guards: their function is to protect from rotating elements
13.- Clutch mechanism: its function is to attach or clutch the power steering wheel with crankshaft through a driving wedge to rotate the crankshaft
14.- Drive pedal: start the cycle when stepping on it
15.- Rod mechanism: attach the pedal with the embrage wedge mechanism
16.- Lubrication points: its function is to lubricate and obtain a good performance.
Description of the machine
The manual punching machines are designed specifically for the punching of aluminum sheets of multiple sizes existing in the market. It also incorporates a millimeter system that allows regulation between the mechanism pocket in the matrix and the punson.
The machine contains a hydraulic jack of approximately 6 tons.
The die cutter is composed of two essential parts that are the matrix and the punson the other parts depend on the manual operation.
die cutting
1.- Place the bobbins of the material to be cut in the pallet truck and bring it closer to the feeding mouth of the die-cutter.
2.-Feeding the material to be cut in the die-cutter.
3.- Place the dies on the tray.
4.- Press the press.
5.-Collect the cut pieces.
6.-Remove the dies from the tray.
7.- Checking the measurements of the cut pieces
